Creamy Seafood Dip (Makes 2 cups)

  • 1 ½ cup plain yogurt

  • 1/3 cup honey

  • ½ tsp prepared Dijon mustard

  • 1 tbsp chopped green onion

  • A dash of chili sauce

  • A dash of lemon juice

Mix all ingredients, chill for 1 hour in refrigerator before serving.

Seafood Cocktail Sauce (Makes ½ Cup)

  • ½ cup tomato juice

  • 1 tsp horseradish

  • ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce

  • ½ tsp vinegar

  • ½ tsp lemon juice

  • 1 parsley sprig, chopped

Mix all ingredients, chill for 1 hour in refrigerator before serving.

Basil-Citrus Vinaigrette

  • ¼ cup olive oil

  • 2 tbsp orange juice

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • ¼ lemon, zested

  • ½ tsp salt

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 2 tbsp fresh chopped basil

  • 1 tsp white wine vinegar

In a bowl, mix oil, orange and lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, honey and white wine vinegar.  Chill for 1 hour, add fresh basil to mix before serving.
